Terms and Conditions Qualification
This offer is designed for families with a monthly income in excess of HKD$70,000. Attendance at a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. Must be 30 years and above, and it is a condition to attend the sales presentation together with your partner to qualify for this offer. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation in Hong Kong within the past year or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by Marriott Vacation Club International are not eligible for this offer.

Please bring your ID such as your Hong Kong ID Card, passport or driver’s license to receive the offer. This offer is non-transferable. Marriott Bonvoy™ points will be awarded to only one participant in your party and cannot be split. Points will be credited to your account within 6 weeks after completion of the sales presentation. Participation in Marriott Bonvoy™ loyalty program is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy™ loyalty program. The complimentary 3 days / 2 nights stay at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Garden Guestroom stay voucher will be awarded at the end of the sales presentation. The use of the voucher is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Complimentary 3 Days / 2 Nights Stay at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens Guestroom – Terms and Conditions
The voucher is valid only at the Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens (“Property”), in a Guestroom for 2 adults only. The voucher is issued by MVCI Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Pte. Limited (“MVCI”) for guests who have attended a 90-120-minute Marriott Vacation ClubSM, Asia Pacific sales presentation in Hong Kong. The voucher is not to be presented for check-in at the Property. The voucher is for reservation purposes only, has no monetary value and is not valid for check-in at the Property unless prior reservations with MVCI is made. Offer is sponsored by and only available through MVCI. The expiration date printed on the voucher indicates the date by which travel must be completed; no reservations can be accepted for travel after this date. The offer is non-extendable beyond the expiry date stated. Voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The voucher cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any MVCI offers or discounts. Once a reservation has been made with MVCI, a confirmation email will be sent to be used for check-in. Airfare, transportation, incidentals and other charges are the sole responsibility of the voucher recipient. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card accepted by MVCI. A valid credit card will also be required at check-in. Reservation of room must be made within 2 months from date of issue. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Voucher is valid for room only. Charges for additional guests may apply and will be the responsibility of the voucher recipient. Blackout dates may apply, and the dates are subject to change. Cancellation or changes must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival, and subject to availability. A cancellation or reschedule fee equivalent to one (1) night at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua of USD$150 will apply. MVCI reserves the right to change or substitute accommodations or room type with hotels or rooms of similar quality. Terms and conditions of this voucher and hotel stays are subject to change without notice.
