Marriott Bonvoy - 萬豪旅享家會員未使用之套房升等券錯誤延期至2022年12月31日

 

琴日有部份萬豪會員發現原本响2022年6月30日仍未使用嘅套房升等券(Suite Night Award)自動延期至2022年12月31日，但原來係IT嘅一場鬧劇。

萬豪最終响Marriott Bonvoy Insiders嘅Facebook群組澄清👉(按此)，佢哋發現咗部分原定响2022年6月30日到期嘅套房升等券已延長至2022年12月31日，但佢係由始至終都沒有計劃將之延期，並會盡快更新番，即係延長至2022年12月31日套房升等券將會作廢。

We have learned that a limited number of Suite Night Awards in member accounts that were scheduled to expire yesterday, June 30, 2022, were extended through December 31, 2022. We have begun the process of updating the accounts of members who may have been affected and expiring these Suite Night Awards as planned. As we have previously shared, we are unable to extend Suite Night Awards any further. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.

萬豪真係一間好特別嘅公司，除咗IT經常出現問題外、咁反正套房升等券都唔值錢、又難用，既然出錯咗咪豪多半年期畀會員囉，而家咁樣製造公關災難對相方好咩？
